Return Policy​

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

We do our best to ensure your order arrives in the condition we intend - including adding cold packs during warmer months - but please note that we do not replace whipped products that melt in transit. Fluctuations in weather are out of our control, and melting does not impact the quality or effectiveness of the product. If your whip has softened or melted, simply place it in the fridge to firm it back up. It will work just as well in balm form.

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thetallowsecret.ca with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’re happy to make it right.
