Nope. Our tallow is rendered *in-house* from high-quality, grass-fed suet and purified with care. The final result has a neutral scent, often compared to something mild and comforting—like warm pie crust, not meat. However, it is extremely subtle and lots of our customers have said they actually like the smell.

We keep it simple, clean, and effective:

Yes. Tallow is rated a 2 on the comedogenic scale, which means it’s unlikely to clog pores. It helps regulate oil production, calm breakouts, and support a healthy skin barrier. Making it suitable for all skin types, including oily and acne-prone.

Scoop out a pea-sized amount, warm it between clean fingers, and gently massage into the skin. A little goes a long way. Use it anywhere that needs nourishing care including face, lips, hands, feet, elbows etc.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Because we don’t use synthetic preservatives, it’s best to use clean fingers or a spatula to scoop it out and keep it fresh.

Since we don’t use stabilizers or synthetic fillers, natural texture shifts are normal - especially with temperature changes. It might feel firmer in cool temps or softer in warm weather, but it always melts beautifully into your skin.
